Over the years, LKE's accumulated experience in the manufacturing of switchgear products, our advanced production facilities and strict quality control system have all enabled us to achieve a high level of efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.

From inception on the drawing board, LKE's products were designed to be produced efficiently. New generation products from LKE are designed to be smaller, lighter and often, they compose of complex parts which perform multiple functions, thus reducing the total number of parts used. These new generation products have on average 40% less parts which imply a lower probability of mechanical breakdown as well as lower manufacturing costs. This is an achievement made possible by the experience and expertise which our product development teams had acquired over the years

Fabrication of a LKE product begins with the production of parts in LKE's fabrication centers though some none vital components are supplied by our vendors.

Because of the high level of
automation in our operations, especially in our metal and plastic fabrication operations, we are capable of high volume output as well as great conformity in our products.

Final assembly of our products and outgoing tests always occur within one of LKE's main plants and it is carried out with the greatest care by highly skilled technicians.

All parts to be used by LKE, whether produced in-house or out-sourced, undergo stringent quality tests to ensure their reliability. All final products are stringently and comprehensively tested prior to exit from our plants.
