IT Executive

As a rapidly expanding online company, we are looking for individuals who are seeking to develop your IT Support experience in a challenging environment. And because with few area of IT Infrastructure, you’ll have chance to play hands-on role in a range of duties

Responsibility:

• Providing technical and functional support to end user
  
• Report to Technical Lead and will be responsible for managing IT Activities.
  
• Supporting web services remotely in a helpdesk environment

Minimum Job qualifications:

• A degree in a technology related subject, or equivalent
  
• Experience in IT Support role on web services, network and servers
  
• Good customer relationship skill with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict.
  
• A professional telephone manner and the skills to communicate potentially complex issues to non-technical people
  
• Ability to engage with other Technical teams and business support team across the business
